About Fleet Seven

An AI Agency Built in Wasilla, Alaska

Fleet Seven Digital exists for the businesses that actually run this country — the contractors, operators, and owner-run companies where one person’s judgment holds the whole thing together. Stationed in Wasilla, serving all of Alaska and the U.S., we build systems that multiply that person.

The story

Navy discipline. Alaska work ethic. AI leverage.

Harrison founded Fleet Seven in 2020, bringing a Navy background’s respect for systems, checklists, and calm execution to small-business technology.

The name isn’t an accident. Serving as Master Helmsman aboard LHD-7 — flagship of her amphibious assault group — Harrison learned just how essential coordinated vessels under one command are. That’s exactly what a well-built fleet of AI agents is. It’s also why our field notes live at The Helm.

The agency started where most of Alaska’s digital problems start: websites that don’t convert and businesses that can’t be found. It grew into something more specific — building AI operating systems for owner-operated businesses, where the technology bar is enterprise-grade but the buyer is one person with a truck, a crew, and no time.

Today Fleet Seven runs builds and retainers for owner-operated businesses from Alaska to Florida — AI back offices, search visibility, and the websites and systems underneath them, delivered remotely anywhere in the U.S. The whole operation runs on the same AI systems we sell — we’re our own first client, every day.

How we work

The principles under every build.

Own the knowledge layer

AI models are rented and interchangeable — the real advantage is your own business data. Every system we build keeps that captured knowledge in your hands: engines get swapped, the advantage stays.

One process, proven, then the next

We don’t ship road maps. We perfect one process on real work, prove it, then stack the next. That’s how systems earn trust — and autonomy.

The owner stays the owner

Approval gates on anything customer-facing. The system drafts, you decide. Automation should feel like a sharp first mate, not a mutiny.

No fabricated anything

No fake reviews, no invented stats, no capabilities we haven’t verified on real work. If we tell you something works, it’s because we watched it work.

No sales team, no handoffs. The strategy call is with Harrison — and it's useful whether or not we ever work together.
